A Day in the Life- Tea, Marmalade, Paddington and Nicole Kidman

The Adventure Begins. Well, this part is not about Paddington just quite yet, (in my most proper English accent). Prepping for excitement, my teen, tot and I recently bundled up to face the blustery New York City elements- windy, wintry weather and weirdness aplenty to enjoy a most delightful afternoon with the lovely Nicole Kidman. In case you missed it, that was just a day in the life, with The. Nicole. Kidman. Thank you to The MOMS Network for hosting another "spot on" Mamarazzi event, an exclusive screening of Paddington at the Lincoln Center Film Society with a behind-the-scenes session with Nicole Kidman.
In the live action movie, Paddington, the bumbling bear adventure in London begins following his lone arrival at Paddington Station. Poor disheveled Paddington soon finds out that unfortunately, city life is not all he had imagined it would be. The lucky little chap happens to meet the Brown family as they are commuting home. The family welcomes Paddington, into their home temporarily after finding the simple request from his only family in the "Darkest Peru", ‘Please look after this bear. Thank you.’ The fumbles and tumbles of Paddington Bear as he embarks upon a search for The Explorer are jolly good chuckles for the whole family to enjoy.

While Nicole Kidman is a devoted mom, once considering the thought of leaving acting for the well-being of her family, her mother intuitively advised her to continue to, "do something creative".  Profound advice from one mother to another. As her children are always first priority in the lives of  both Nicole and her husband, singer Keith Urban, work is family-centered as much as possible. However, be advised to steer clear of Kidman in Paddington, she's quite the character. Tuck away an emergency sandwich and prepare to be entertained as the adventure begins.

Michael Bond, author of the original "A Bear Called Paddington" has shared, "Over 57 years have passed since I wrote the first book and I'm quietly delighted that a live-action feature film of Paddington is being made."

I was invited to attend a screening of Paddington for the purpose of facilitating this review.
