I have made the commitment to taking the healthy pledge for the benefit of our family. We are moving forward and making changes that will become healthier lifestyle choices. Our first change has been to start Water Wednesdays in our household. The benefits to healthy living for our overall wellness is our first concern. A bonus benefit has been all of the money saved by choosing to drink water in reusable bottles that we carry with us wherever we are headed for the day and even when we are at home.
