My limit is going to have to be maxed out at four times. I can enjoy listening to The Wheels on the Bus, the theme song from Thomas the Tank Engine and even the ridiculously insane Cuppy Cake Song about 4 times before I begin to lose my joy. Now that our youngest has phased out of the toddler stages, it is prime time to introduce our tot to the magic of headphones.

Compulsive shopping is no longer a factor in our lives. When we need to purchase an item, we opt for making an informed decision. Of course, the kids prefer to buy the items with the coolest graphics and designs which are pretty much always high-end luxury items. The reality of their meager spending budgets not being supplemented by an eternally blooming money tree in our backyard, somehow surprises them every time.
Kidz Gear is an award-winning company founded by Laurie Peterson, mother and entrepreneur. "Kidz Gear is about delivering a line of products and accessories with adult product features, performance and quality levels, but available at a price-point in-line with products for children". Kidz Gear designs durable kid’s products that are affordably priced, without compromising the quality and performance of their products.
We even shared (yes, shared!) the headphones with our tween, for his language studies and he was equally impressed. The microphone is highly recommended for use with a foreign language curriculum, storytelling apps and educational or recreational games. Already owning multiple sets of headphones, the comfortable fit, easy adjustments and ample cable length functioned well for both the tween and the tot.
Voicing in as the authority figure with purchasing power, based upon on prior headphone experience, we are very pleased with the Kidz Gear Headset. The headphones are high quality, kid-tested durable and an affordable value for a family. While technology time is limited in our home, the headphones can easily be packed in their convenient, Kidz Gear Drawstring Carry Bag for use at home or when traveling.
