4 -3/4" Boneless New York (Top Loin) Pork Chops
2 Teaspoons of Sweet Paprika
2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Coarse Salt
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Orange for Grated Zest
Prepare grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F)
Mix all ingredients except pork chops together in a small bowl
Oil grill grate and grill cprrk chops over direct heat until the internal temperature of the meat reaches between 145°F (medium-rare) and 160°F (medium), on a meat thermometer, 4-5 minutes per side

Sodium- 810 milligrams
Cholesterol- 120 milligrams
Saturated Fat- 2 grams
Carbohydrates- 4 grams
Fiber- 1 grams
