Songs of Glory for Unsung Hero

Understanding Your Pet's Diet and the Big 3 Cat Concerns

Our cats, Karma and Kismet, have decided to sleep-in for International Cat Day on August 8th, and also for Happy Healthy Cat Month in September. Trust me, they are with their fellow felines in spirit. Lucky for us, the will be no elaborate feast to prepare, that's 'purr'fect by me. Karma and Kismet are definitely picky eaters when it comes to their food. We have seriously struggled to figure out what's best for our cats. Then I realized, we're not alone. Our cats were experiencing one of the three most common cat concerns with nutrition- picky eating, weight gain, and urinary tract issues. We now have a better understanding of our pet's diet and The Big 3 cat concerns.

Understanding Your Pet's Diet & The Big 3 Cat Concerns

Our family learned about "The Big 3" by partnering with Weruva, a high quality, natural pet food considered as, "people food for cats." Launching a complete line of gluten, grain, and carrageenan-free cat food in honor of glorious, International Cat Day, all we can say is B.F.F. OMG! (that stands for Best Feline Friend, Oh My Gravy!). The new product line is committed to preventing these Big 3 Cat Concerns.

If your cat has any of these concerns, you might want to consider changing their diet-

Is Your Cat Becoming Picky Picky?

Picky eating is often times, more specifically a problem with food texture. Being that cats are carnivores, with tongues and teeth shaped for meat-eating, cat food without shreds of real meat may be unappetizing. Would you eat steak with the consistency of tapioca? Weruva makes cat food with shreds of real meat right off the bone, which most cats will prefer.

Finding You've Got a Fat Cat?

Many times, the problem with weight gain in cats is the kibble that they are eating. Many commonly purchased cat food brands are filled with unnecessary carbs, which are difficult for cats to process. Weruva’s B.F.F. OMG! contains absolutely no kibble and is made with 100% real meats in their true form.

Has Your Cat Experienced Kitty Litter Issues?

Urinary tract issues in cats can often stem from dehydration, even if you're giving your cat plenty of fresh water to drink. In nature, cats stay hydrated through the food they eat. Cats are used to 'eating' their water, however most wet cat foods don't provide enough hydration to keep them satisfied. All of the products in Weruva's B.F.F. OMG! line are over 85% hydration, just right to satisfy our cats' hydration needs.

Karma and Kismet love Weruva products because even though it's cat food, it's considered ‘people food for pets.’ The new line of B.F.F. OMG! cans and BPA-free pouches feature land proteins like boneless and skinless white chicken breast, salmon, beef, duck, lamb and more. All of the recipes are grain, gluten, and carrageenan-free, plus both of our cats are happy cats.

Health and wellness isn't only a concern for us humans. I'm a proud cat mommy to have taken the time to learn how to feed our BFFs properly. Even better, in the process, we discovered one of our cats' new favorite cat foods. They especially adore Weruva's Seeya Sooner! Chicken & Tuna Dinner in Gravy, check it out at Weruva.com. Feast your eyes upon the B.F.F. OMG! product goodies to discover the flavor your cat will 'paw'sitively adore, at Chewy.com.
