The newly updated mobile app is an perfect way to share free fun and cheer this holiday season.

Elf Yourself videos and "elfies" have become viral holiday sensations since their launch in 2006. This year’s updated Elf Yourself app features four new customizable dancing elf videos and nine new language options to help spread the cheer in your own personal way during the merriment of the holidays.

The Elf Yourself app also allows users to become the star of a personalized video, transforming themselves and their family, friends and colleagues into jolly, dancing elves. Users can simply upload up to five photos from their camera roll or Facebook, select a dance theme, and the app will generate a custom Elf Yourself video that they can share via email, Facebook and Twitter as well as embed into websites and blogs.

How Do You "Elf Yourself" You Ask?

The Elf Yourself app can be downloaded and used on-the-go with free mobile applications for Android and OS devices. Users can create a personalized holiday video at no charge through the app, or upgrade for just 99 cents each or five songs for $5.99 for additional video options. Customers can walk into Office Depot and OfficeMax stores and see elves who have been integrated on store displays and signage as well while shopping online in addition to dedicated web pages and the Elf Yourself app to help ring in the holidays.
