Anyone here interested in technology? Unless you're living in a cave, I'm pretty certain that tech talk is like a second language. I am amazed on a daily basis at the ease with which our teen, tween and tot have mastered our electronic devices. Yes, our tot is definitely a technotot. It's an interesting sight to see our kids bonding over some tech gadget the same way my siblings and I bonded over board games. Ha, remember board games?
The VERVE 2 is an interactive tech toy geared for kids of all ages. The attraction of VERVE2 is that its sensors allow your computer to be manipulated by everyday objects. VERVE2 is a sensor system and comes with eight different sensors. The sensors included are: light, touch, turn, sound, motion, magnetic with magnet, temperature and button. Two cables with alligator clamps on each end, four extension plugs, and mini USB cable were also included in the set. A USB thumb-drive is included with software to install the app. We installed the VERVE2 app our computer and used the app's logger page to graph and map our sensor activities and tests. VERVE2 is attached to your computer with the included USB cable and then the sensors are attached as desired.
