Ice cold or room temperature? Drinking water has always been one of my favorite ways to keep myself hydrated. Did you know that when we aren't drinking enough water each day, dehydration is a high risk to our overall wellness. As our bodies become dehydrated we may begin to feel extreme thirst, exhaustion, weakness, dizziness, or lightheaded, we may also experience a drop in blood pressure, or a decrease in urination. I've learned that the effects of dehydration may occur gradually, if you are not actively monitoring your fluid intake levels.
