Lemon Vinaigrette Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients

Vinaigrette
- ½ Cup Organic Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt and Pepper 

Salad 
 - ½ Cup Kidney Beans
- ¾ Cup Cooked Quinoa
- ½ Cup Sweet Bell Pepper
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

Instructions

- Combine all vinaigrette dressing ingredients into mason jar. 

- Whisk or shake (covered mason jar) ingredients until mixed thoroughly.
 
- Add kidney beans, quinoa, veggies, lettuce, and hemp seeds to vinaigrette dressing in mason jar.

- Shake well to blend together ingredients. Enjoy!
 
Lemon Boost Smoothie
 
Ingredients

- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Apple
- 1 Cup Water 
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Serving Plant-Based Protein Powder

Instructions

- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender. 

- Blend together and enjoy.
