We were completely amazed by a world of wonders as soon as we entered into Georgia Aquarium, acclaimed as not only the largest aquarium in the United States, but in the Western Hemisphere. Home to fascinating wild life by the thousands, the aquarium is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and open 365 days out of the year. We were informed that weekends are often busy times, so we arrived during the afternoon on a Monday afternoon while traveling for Spring Break (Georgia schools were in session), we agree with the recommendations of planning to allow for 3-4 hours to experience the magnificence of the travel destination, Georgia Aquarium.
